Waiter

About the Role:
As a Waiter/Waitress at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, preparing drinks, cocktails, and desserts, and ensuring that every guest receives optimal service. You’ll also be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and communicating effectively with the kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take guest orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.
• Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare drinks, cocktails, and desserts as required.
• Memorize the menu and offer recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Hospitality training is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferable.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
