Restaurant Supervisor
About the Role:
Step into a leadership role at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, where our culinary offerings shine at Passions on the Beach, our signature seaside dining experience, and Horizons Lounge, our intimate cocktail venue. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service, and lead a team dedicated to creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant and bar personnel, primarily at Passions on the Beach, while supporting Horizons Lounge as needed.
- Implement and maintain Freeman, Earth Check, and HACCP Standards.
- Support staff during peak times by assisting with serving and bartending.
- Handle financial tasks, including managing the floating bank and closing checks.
- Set up Passions on the Beach for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Ensure smooth operations during service and oversee restaurant closures at night.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across both venues.
Requirements:
- EPI Hospitality Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of three years of relevant supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish.
- Familiarity with the Aloha system is a plus.
