Reservations Agent
About the Role:
As a Reservations Agent at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book their stay. You’ll be responsible for processing reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will help ensure that guests have a seamless booking process, contributing to their overall satisfaction and loyalty to the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with booking accommodations via phone, email, and online channels.
- Handle guest inquiries related to availability, pricing, and amenities, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all reservations and guest requests.
- Process special requests and ensure they are communicated to the relevant departments.
- Manage reservations system to track and update booking information.
- Ensure a smooth check-in process for guests arriving at the resort.
- Work closely with the front desk team and other departments to meet guest needs and enhance their stay.
Requirements:
- EPI Hospitality School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish.
- Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles and methods.
- Experience in guest service is a plus.
- One to two years of experience in reservations or front desk operations is a plus.
