Night Cleaner
About the Role:
Become an essential part of Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort’s overnight operations as a Night Cleaner. In this critical role, you’ll ensure our kitchen and service areas remain impeccably clean, organized, and ready for daily operations during the graveyard shift. Your attention to detail will uphold our commitment to food safety, hygiene, and exceptional guest experiences while working behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas during overnight hours
- Set up and manage dish stations for efficient night operations
- Operate dish cleaning machines and sanitize all food-contact equipment
- Scrape identifiers off utensils, pans, and service items
- Deep clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas
- Restock supplies and prepare stations for morning operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and temperature controls
Requirements:
- EPB Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
- Proven knowledge of food hygiene standards and safety practices
- Ability to work independently during graveyard shifts with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with strong stress management skills
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and repetitive tasks
- Availability to work overnight shifts consistently
