Jr. Hospitality Agent
About the Role:
Join Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort as a Jr. Hospitality Agent, where you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted guide for our guests from their first reservation to departure. In this dynamic role, you’ll personalize guest experiences, manage front desk operations, and uphold our sustainability values, while also supporting overnight operations as part of our night audit team. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels valued and our resort operates seamlessly, day or night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, personalized service during guest check-in/check-out and throughout their stay
- Act as a concierge to curate exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns promptly
- Manage reservations and maintain detailed guest profiles with preferences and special requests
- Perform night audit duties including financial reconciliations and report generation
- Promote the resort’s environmental policies and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure accuracy of guest billing and handle sensitive financial transactions
- Collaborate across departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Maintain immaculate grooming and professional conduct as a resort ambassador
Requirements:
- EPI Hospitality School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish
- 1-2 years of front desk or customer service experience (is a plus)
- Basic understanding of night audit procedures and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts as part of a rotation
- Tech-savvy with PMS systems and strong organizational skills
- Warm, professional demeanor with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Passion for sustainability and guest-centric service
