Jr Bartender
About the Role:
As a Junior Bartender at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, you’ll play a vital role in creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving drinks at the bar and around the pool, playing enjoyable music, and ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service. You’ll help establish a welcoming and lively ambiance, making our bar a favorite spot for guests to relax and unwind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests at the bar and around the pool area.
- Play enjoyable music to create a pleasant atmosphere.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Follow established recipes and procedures for drink preparation.
- Upsell beverages and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- EPI Hospitality Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Mixologist training or certification.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
