Hostess

About the Role:

As a Hostess at Passions on the Beach, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive. You’ll manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and assist in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, all while supporting a positive dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their seats at Passions on the Beach.
• Manage guest reservations and coordinate seating to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in maintaining a pleasant and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Work closely with servers and the management team to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish.
• Experience with guest service is preferred.
• Ability to work with the ALOHA system is a plus.
• Flexible working hours and availability to work during peak times.
