Hospitality Agent

About the Role:

As a Hospitality Agent at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests from the moment they book their stay. You will build relationships with guests, manage their check-ins and check-outs, and handle special requests to ensure they have an exceptional and personalized experience. Your role will also involve acting as a concierge, resolving guest concerns, and providing front desk services to meet the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Assist with check-outs and manage billing inquiries.
• Act as a concierge, assisting guests with requests for tours, transportation, restaurant reservations, and more.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report any issues to management.
• Collect guest preferences and ensure personalized service is provided throughout their stay.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and activities.
• Maintain awareness of the resort's environmental policies and promote eco-friendly practices.
• Represent the resort in a professional manner and ensure guests receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

• EPI Hospitality School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish.
• Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles and methods.
• One to two years of experience as a front desk agent is a plus.
• Experience in all aspects of customer service is a plus.
