Chef de Partie
About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, you will be a key part of our culinary team, responsible for planning and executing menus, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely ordering of supplies. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and that every dish meets our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with fellow kitchen staff.
- Ensure the kitchen is adequately stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Place orders for ingredients and manage the availability of frequently used items.
- Assist the Executive and Sous Chefs with the preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure that all food preparation follows safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- EPI in Hospitality & Tourism “Culinary Arts.”
- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
