Bartender

About the Role:

Join the Food & Beverage team at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort as a Bartender! Whether mixing signature cocktails at Horizons Lounge, our poolside bar, or crafting tropical drinks at Passions on the Beach, you’ll play a key role in creating a lively and memorable atmosphere for our guests. Your creativity, energy, and attention to detail will elevate their dining and leisure experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks to guests at the bar and pool area with excellent customer service.
• Create a welcoming ambiance by playing enjoyable music and engaging with guests.
• Prepare and stock the bar with necessary items before opening.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area throughout service.

Requirements:

• EPI Hospitality Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Completed Mixologist Training.
• One to two years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the Aloha system is a plus.
